The Los Osos Center is a handsome retail and office center, located on 'the best corner in town' in the heart of the lovely bayside town of Los Osos. This center offers a wide range of commercial and office space, ranging from premium up-front storefronts suitable for a restaurant or upscale retailer, to the hard-to-find smaller office and laboratory spaces ideal for startup businesses.
The center consists of a 2,300-square-foot corner building, occupied by the only Starbucks Coffee Shop in town. Additionally, across the parking lot, there is a large L-shaped 18,000-square-foot building, one-story in front and two-stories at the rear. The buildings are of the classic Mediterranean style, with stucco walls, arches, columns, and a red tile roof. The grounds are also nicely landscaped.
